I started attending the C4PH practice just over a month ago with shoulder and neck pain. Joonas was extremely helpful in diagnosing my issue and in his advice for treatment. I have seen a huge improvement in the time I have had treatments. Joonas made me feel at ease and is always advising me on how best to deal with pain and advise on future treatment and time scales. It is clear that patient care is a stong ethos of C4PH. The practice is a lovely inviting and relaxing space. I am so glad that I went to C4PH for treatment and would certainly recommend to anyone and will not hesitate to return if I have issues in future.

Highly recommend! I’ve had lower back issues for many years. Apart from being in pain, it would impact on my fitness training (running and gym). Now, after regular treatments with Charlie, my back is feeling so much better to the point I’m able to begin marathon training for a race later this year. My spine and muscles feel so much looser, and other random aches and stiffness I put down to getting older have eased greatly - thanks Charlie.

I have had various rheumatic and arthritic problems for many years and Kim has done so much work loosening up muscles and joints even straightening out a bent arthritic finger. Now after 3 years I have so much more mobility and Kim encourages me to stretch and exercise. It has made me so much happier in my day to day life.Thanks Kim I think of you as special friend now❤️

Amazing!I use the chiropractor clinic and see Charlie, who is great, whatever my issue he sorts it out, and going on a regular basis has really helped. I would highly recommend C4PH.I also attend Pilates on a Tuesday and that was another good decision. Jen is a fabulous instructor and the class has a lovely atmosphere. The Pilates has helped my hip and back, and my general well being, keeping me flexible and agile. I would highly recommend giving it a try, it’s brilliant.

I have been using the practice for about 10 years, I went to see Tom with a neck problem and he was amazing, I should have gone much sooner. I now go for regular maintenance, but he has sorted me through other problems, a fall, accidental head butt from my granddaughter and a bang on the head!Would highly recommend.Appointments are easy to book and they are very accommodating to your needs.I have been going to Pilates with Jenn on a Tuesday for 12 weeks so far and its fab, I couldn't imagine my life without it now. Again it has helped me with my neck problem, plus general flexibility and well being.She is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and there is a lot of one to one instruction, so you know if you are doing the moves right.Classes have very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.Again would highly recommend. :-)

It’s hard to put into words just how much C4PH has changed my life. For so many years I was taking conventional meds, had numerous scans and even 2 operations which, sadly, did not help my condition. I used to wonder what C4PH did, wondered if they could help me and, my only regret is that I wondered for far too long! I truly cannot believe how well I felt after undertaking a course of treatment and just as importantly how that feeling of wellbeing has gone from strength to strength. The vertigo medication that I took for almost 20 years has thankfully been consigned to the bin. I had genuinely forgotten how it felt to feel well.From the moment you go into the reception area at C4PH, the ambient atmosphere (somewhat ecclesiastic) is where the healing begins. It is so calming and gives me the opportunity for a moment or two to collect my thoughts before the treatment. I have the utmost confidence that I will come out walking tall, worries diminished and on the right track. It's like a reset mode has been deployed for me! I cannot speak highly enough of Simon Pierce and his entire team.

Such a soothing environment on entry and you very quickly feel at ease. Joonas has been fantastic in helping me recover from a neck problem. Very helpful, informative and very approachable. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough?
