Warm welcome, and friendly staff. They are happy to leave you alone to browse by yourself. Then when you need help they are very good without being pushy. Sales assistant got the bit of carpet I was interested in and put it on the floor complete with underlay and told me to walk over it to see what it would be like.

Good selection of carpets and linoVery helpful staff and cheaper than large stores nearby. Reasonable fitting rates to. Very happy with shop. Carpet fitters turned up late but worked on to finish. Lino not sealed in bathroom or kitchen though so bit dissapointed about this. Carpet and lino are excellent though. Will have to seal the lino myself

Useless. Damaged laminate and took my carpet away and have continued to lie. Never ever use this company they're useless and won't give your money back.Pass this on to family and friends. There's far better companies out there

Absolutely delighted with the work of the fitters, Mark and Steven were very friendly and done a remarkable job, we love it!! All in all brilliant prices with everything going up flooring is immaculate and very affordable. Thanks so much for a wonderful service and adding comfort to our home. 10/10 recommend. Well done.

Not a great experience tbh. We were told the carpet we were buying was going out of stock so we bought enough for the whole house. Then after purchasing it and fitting our lounge we were told the shop couldn't hold it for more than 8 weeks. So 2 rolls of 4 m carpet sat in my poor parents lounge for a year and half.Don't use their fitters, 2 of our rooms have been cut too short so the carpet doesn't meet the door bars. One of their other fitters tried to fix their colleagues mistake but hasn't been able to do so. Also their attitudes stunk and we nearly had an argument with one of them who point blank refused to put wires where I wanted them and not where he wanted them. Lots of moaning and complaining.Lastly one of the rooms is 1cm too small. I was told by our new fitter its because its a 4m room and the shop has a tolerance of 4cm or something like that on their 4m rolls. So rather than cut the room with some bleed to spare they've chanced it on 4m roll size.Thanks Tapi!

Tapi carpets was brilliant very professional staff came out took measurements kept us updated on everything got our carpet layed in time for Christmas by a very pleasant young man who done a wonderful job the carpet looks lovely we highly recommend thankyou

We looked in three other stores before deciding on Tapi. The service we experienced was outstanding from start to finish. All the staff are highly professional including Martin, the floor fitter who came to our cottage. Special thanks to Mark for being so helpful, patient and informative. When we had a problem with an uneven floor resulting from shoddy workmanship by a damp proofing company Tapi came to the rescue and rectified the problem. We will be looking at replacing carpets in time and we will always go to Tapi. We highly recommend you to our friends and family who love the wooden flooring. Once again, thank you!

Sales process and fitting service was pretty good, however if you want any form of aftercare then avoid this company! Arrogant rude 'customer services' team. Suggesting that the lifting of our hard flooring boards is due to wear and tear? Its been down for 3 weeks! Avoid this company at all costs! I know i will be in the future, thank god i paid by credit card and covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

The people in the store seemed lovely, ordered our carpet, a week or so later they rang to say the one we ordered was completely out of stock in the country but the quality grade above in the exact same colour was available and they'd give us that no extra charge. This lulled us into a false sense of security.They did not communicate at all well with the fitter who arrived (Several Hours Late) completely unprepared for the job. Didn't bring the right tools, and started a 4 room job at about 7pm, which is frankly ridiculous. As a result the job was obviously rushed, and he didn't even bother to finish the job laying the carpet in the wardrobes like requested. I probably won't buy from this shop again, I'll take my business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed to be honest because it wasn't cheap, I feel very let down.

Excellent from start to finish and beyond. Usually companies fail in after service care but Tapi provided us quick resolution to our issue. Happy with the product, price and fitting.Shout out to Jordan and Kieran at Ipswich store
