Very unprofessional treatment when dealing with them via e-mail.Had to ask several times for an update of my case.Their e-mails are not signed with name of the person that is replying to you as they do not want to take responsibility for their actions.

Absolutely no indication as to where this place is located in Church Street. When I rang up no one was able to help me, just gave up in the end. Pitiful service. Get with the times and allow people to register online.

I called in with my husband to change our address on the register. we where treated like an inconvieniance and sent away with no clue wether it has been changed or not. The woman at the desk didn't have a clue if our proof of address would be enough,although we brought three different types each along with passports and driving licence.Awful service.

I would like to know why Northern Ireland citizens are treated differently from Mainland Britain as we can not register to vote on-line. Secondly why have a contact us page on EONI that won't allow customers actually send an email direct.

Splendid Service! I registered online, received a message of what I had to supply to make my application successful, went to the office this morning and was served within minutes to my full satisfaction. If you have the details they ask for, you will be fully satisfied. Staff was outstanding. Thank you!

Been ringing the n.l electoral office all day long and nobody answers the phone. Why do you supply a contact number when no one is manning the phone !! So frustrating.. will have to do it all over again tomorrow and the next day etc no doubt.

Rang to give evidence to change my address for election. As it's rented I don't have rates bills etc - was trying to offer lease. Wouldn't take it. Tried to ask to be put back on parents address. Couldn't do it. When expressing that I'm keen for voting in this election there was nothing they could offer. Absolute disgrace.
