I had 2 cars booked in for alignment, the first was fine, the second needed some suspension updates so I'm going back once that's done. No delays to starting or completing the work. I waited around for each in their comfortable lounge with WIFI and tea/coffee. A refreshing change from most garage receptions! Couldn't be nicer people or easier procedure. Confirmed booking date by text (suggest adding the time on there please for people like me with bad memories who never write anything down :) Definitely recommended!

What an amazing team! Warm, friendly staff. Great facilities, comfortable waiting room, free WiFi tea and coffee, nice modern garage. Went out of their way to help. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Lovely experience, will definitely use them again.

Went above and beyond to repair my gearbox and replace the clutch, they were open and honest and very informative. Highly recommend these professionals!

Me and my wife have been using CCM for about 5 years now and I have just had my MOT done by them and a few other bits my van needed. They done it at short notice in record time and the works always quality (they even cleaned it). Many thanks to Nathan , Amanda and Dave and all at CCM.

I needed a service on my car, and having heard of CCM (via my mum) and how they offered a pickup/return service, thought I would give them a go. From contact to service, everything went without hitch and everyone was polite and chatty. Good service received and happy to use CCM going forward :)

These guys really got me out of a fix when I was near breakdown, let alone the car! Had an MOT & work done on my car yesterday, I hadn’t used these guys before but they were outstanding! They collected the car and kept me up to date throughout. The car failed and they contacted me straight away, they ordered the parts and did the work that day! Then delivered it back that afternoon, the girl on the phone was friendly, sweet, personable and knowledgeable, as were the guys who picked it up and dropped it off, plus the price was great for all the work done! 1 million percent will use again!

I booked my Renault motorhome 2 month forward with presure rising in the cooling system(might have head gasket),glow plug check and change,and MOT.After a week a get my car back with the same cooling problem,they said it has been flushed and every ok.After 1 hour driving the pressure was still rising.Next day I had to take a day off and brought back the Renault.I showed the mechanist the problem and ask them about any pressure test they did...I think they did not do any test.I showed liquid on the top of the 1st injector,wich is abnormal.Next dax they called me and said my car is good to go it is fixed.When I arrived at the evening 1st thing I checked is the injector.. and the liquid was still there.1 hour driving after,and pressure still rising.So I get my car back in the same condition.I could manage to fix the injector problem by myself,there was only a leak of diesel.But the main problem is still there.So I'm not sure they change the glow plugs or they just saying.Only 1 thing sure,the MOT and thats it.I was hoping with this so many positive review and award this company going to dig down and find out where the problem is coming from with the cooling system,but they didn't even do a air presser test after flushing...wich is a basic back check about the whole system.I put this company where I put all others,they happy to do easy job..like Mot and filter change,but if the job geting dirty they give up.Attached some photos so they can see now how is the air presser tester look like.Very cheap on amazon and helps when working on coolant system

Finding a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and good value car maintenance company is not easy. Friends and colleagues often share horror stories of bodges, horrific prices and downright rudeness. They don’t know CCM.Since CCM have looked after my cars I feel that I’ve had the best and most consistent servicing in my years of motoring. And they are friendly and genuinely human with it. Really glad to have come across them.

A responsive and professional company who took great care of my motorhome on a Fiat chassis and carried out a Gold Service. Lent me a courtesy at whilst vehicle was in for an airbag fault.
