Great store had to run in to pick a few things up for my wife, very helpful staff when I struggled to find a “revolution”mascara, the guy took me straight to it. Good size store and choice, Ladies on the tills very friendly aswell!

Went in for make-up as I do not often wear it but was starting a new job the girl on the counter was so helpful I bought everything that she recommended because she was so friendly and genuine

Recently refurbished in the shopping centre. Many products are quite expensive compared to other places, so do shop around, but overall you will usually find what you are looking for here, as they have a large selection or pharmaceutical goods.

It’s amazing but like can you add essence cosmetics to ur store I always wanted to try it? @boots

Helpful friendly staff at the Lancome stand. Had Lancome Teint Miracle No:3 in stock. You cant buy this in Dublin Airport. They just cant get it. Thats a strange One !!.

Although this shop has a good range of products, they are constantly understaffed, queues are always very long and slow moving. The only time there ever seems to be more than one member of staff on tills is when the shop is quiet for some reason. Some members of the pharmacy have been quite rude to me in the past with no justification. Most recently a younger pharmacist repeatedly tried to tell me I was wrong about how much medication I had received from my GP, prompting me to literally get the calculator on my phone to prove to them that due to my doseage I had only received a two week supply and needed to reorder them again. He was then corrected by another member of staff but even after this and being rude to me he still did not apologise or admit his mistake. If it wasn't the more convenient pharmacy for me to visit I would go elsewhere. Their text back service is also very unreliable.

Great deals to be had and plenty of products. Well qualified helpful staff. A clean and well laid out store.

Always enjoy a browse around boots. Cashier was lovely friendly. Was quite disappointed that I could not use my irish boots advantage card as spent nearly £70 and had to loose out on all those points.
