Came to Windsor over the weekend as I hadn’t been home in a long time. Such a great place, atmosphere was amazing and music spot on. Didn’t stop dancing, really nice to see a club well managed and door staff friendly..

Me and my friend came out on a Sunday night , she had, had a bit to much to drink! The bouncers were amazing and stayed with us! Derek in particular helped us to the Uber as she couldn’t ever walk! Thank you so much

Very impressed with the organisation of the under 18s ignition event here. My daughter attended her first one with friends which I was nervous about. Security was excellent, police presence at the end , kids were all searched on their way in and was able to park directly outside for drop off and pick up.

Yesterday at 8:45/9 pm I went to club with my girlfrien and “gigi amoroso “ whose worked as security boy ( 175cm/ a lot of gel in hair / nationality (idk ) maybe Turkish or smth like that) said to us “ yours girlfriend can”t go inside because we had a problem with her last week. Its funny because we back to England 2 days ago, and we spend all time together. When we asked that boy what is the problem He didnt answer . In my opinion they sort people like ( you can go/you cant go ) Its funny because he said I can go but without my girlfriend .

Great club, air con was amazing, it’s such a shame the female bar staff are rude, and miserable, one of the female staff tried to charge me for 4 drinks which I queried, then proceeded to give 3 glasses with no alcohol in them (again which I queried), i was then pulled out of the club by the bouncer for causing a scene?? I explained what had happened and whilst this was happening one of my friends was verbally abused by one of the male bouncers! Shocking behaviour! It’s such a a shame as we were having so much fun! Be warned all I feel like the bar staff take advantage of people who they think are drunk and won’t notice being over charged / not given the drinks ordered…

I am absolutely disappointed with the way me and my friends were treated within your venue yesterday in Windsor. We were having a great time after buying a vip table with three bottles of alcohol, we had our own booth so we were keeping ourselves to ourselves when my brother who is disabled actually got started on and assaulted buy another man clearly just looking for trouble i then calmed down the situation to then have bouncers shouting at us to leave when we were completely innocent. The bouncers were not understanding with us I felt scared and had my anxiety going through the roof, no one there wanted to take the time to listen and understand the situation. We came out to your venue for a friend’s birthday and brought a vip table and unfortunately my friends night and mine was cut short due to other people just being bully’s. I do not think it’s fair that this is happened to us and I believe something should be put in place.

We went for a Saturday night dinner, and thought it was good place for a bit of a different experience. The setting and music was good, in a relatively small and intimate venue. The food wasn't as good as I'd have expected for a fairly high price. I had the lamb, which was ok but quite tough and fatty, with basic and relatively plain veges, and my partner had the chicken which she enjoyed. Was a good night out, but not worth the special trip from London.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and anger I experienced at your club on [08/04/2023]. I never expected to face such exclusion at your club. The incident that occurred was not only unfair, but it was also humiliating and deeply hurtful. I have visited your establishment on many occasions in the past and always had a great time ,unfortunately after last nights experience I will no longer be returning and I will be sure to inform as many friends and family to do the same.I was enjoying a conversation with a girl who I just met.We were both having a laugh and enjoying each other's company, just like any other patrons at the club. It was clear that we were both having a good time and there was no issue until one of your bouncers told me I was not allowed to enter the club and told me to leave.The reason the bouncer told me to leave was because the girl and I fell over together,I’d like to add that this was due to a very unnecessary and hazardous step at the entrance of the club. This step was not properly marked or illuminated, and it posed a danger to all patrons.Instead of addressing the safety concern or spreading awareness,your bouncer unfairly and forcibly told me leave the club, while allowing the girl I was talking to, to stay.I want to emphasise that BOTH the girl and I fell over due to this hazardous step at your club ,however I recognised that I was being singled out, and I made sure to video record so I can make sense of the situation.I was shocked and confused as to why I was being treated differently so I went to the girl I fell with and asked to confirm that we had fallen over together and she confirmed this and she also went out of her way to clarify what happened with bouncer and still the bouncer singled me out. I was hoping to resolve this so I can at least enjoy the rest of my night.Prior to the falling incident,I was not being disrespectful nor was I disruptive towards anyone at the club and I’m sure CCTV can prove this.The girl and I both fell over because of the real issue of the unsafe condition of your club's entrance and it was clear that it was a result of the club's negligence in maintaining a safe environment for all patrons.When I asked for an explanation, I was met with dismissive and hostile attitude, which only compounded the distress and humiliation of the situation. The fact that I was kicked out of your club for simply falling due to a hazardous step, while the other girl I was talking to was allowed to stay, is appalling and unacceptable.As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as any other patron.Whilst I acknowledge and take full awareness and responsibility that I was under the influence of alcohol as I’m sure you might use this as excuse, I was not/nowhere near heavily intoxicated but again so was the other girl. So why was I singled out?It would be desirable and appreciated if I received a formal apology. However,I doubt I will receive one because it’s clear I crossed the line with bouncer when I started recording the interaction. Furthermore, I was told by the same bouncer that I would not be able to enter any other club because I was recording.Just for context I happen to be a Black Female and the girl happened to be a White Female. Is there a specific reason your bouncer singled me out?

Was the best night. Went for a hen do. We were treated like VIPs. Staff were above awesome, cocktails were too and music was so good I hardly sat down. Highly recommend for hen party.
