Fantastic and lovely people! They were meant to finish just after dropping me off, but I was running late by 20 minutes, they waited for me to finish so that I still had a way home!Absolutely thoughtful, lovely people. They deserve more than they charge too! I will only use them now, all other local taxis either don't show up or have a bit of a naff attitude towards the customers.A big thank you to how many times Barton 1V has saved me and my family from waiting out in the cold!

Not worth any stars. Agreed to collect us in 10 minutes, but they still hadn’t arrived after 40 minutes of sitting outside in winter temperatures. They didn’t answer their phones and ignored my text to request an update. Simply not acceptable in their line of work.

Rubbish service, you get Simon and he doesn't talk and when u try and start a convo he ignores you so u have to answer it yourself. There always late I have to ring 2 or 3 times as they forgotten. If you have Richard then all you want to do is jump out of it as he goes and on as he's Soo boring

Very reliable and friendly drivers! I use them to collect my autistic son up from school on occasions and they couldn't be better! Always on time. I also recommend them to my clients at work. Every time I call they always manage to fit me in even when rushed of their feet!

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I'm not easily moved to rate something with five stars but the service I received from these guys was above and beyond.I had to get my cats to the local vet for their annual check up and jabs. Simple enough task you may think but I am disabled following a series of strokes and needed the cats taking out to the taxi and I find it almost impossible to get a seat belt on.On the way the driver was very patient with me he took the cats out in their carriers and then helped me get in the car putting my seat belt on. When we got to the vet's surgery he made sure I was at the right place and got the cats out for me.The return journey was a different driver but exactly the same kind of excellent service with the driver helping me in and out of the car and getting my Cats into the house for me. They simply couldn't have been more help. Or could they?I don't give five stars easily but I ought to mention why I hesitated over it. This is simply because they don't have a card payment system. Who uses cash these days? This may sound a little picky but on the way home the driver had to stop to let me get cash from an ATM. I've not long since moved to my current rural location and it was a bit of a shock to have to use cash. I don't even give my grandkids pocket money as cash the money goes straight into their accounts. However the overall service was such that even with this I still think five stars is the correct rating.
