I needed an urgent switch repair for my caravan. I phoned and left a message on Easter Monday Bank Holiday. On Tuesday at 8.45 I had a reply saying they could call same morning. Jim, a very polite and professional young man came about 9am. He had to go to wholesaler to get the part, returned quickly, did the repair and job complete by 10.20am. Excellent service, really impressed. Thank you.

Upon first experience this outfit seem decent and knowledgable but during various tasks itBecame apparent that knowledge was quite limited especially on fairly simple jobs like LED lighting and driver compatibility! I feel we paid a big price for inexperience! My husband tried many times toDeal with john and his wife to get things explained but it was difficult. We paid the full amount on the promise of a certificate to ensure work was done correctly and also so we could prove it was done correctly but not only have they failed to supply this but also since payment failed to even respond to calls and emails!We feel very let down and the work done is not even good! We will move on and just go to Another contractor and try to learn from this...
