I consulted Helen having experienced long term dietary problems which I wanted help in getting under control. Helen is very approachable and takes on board what you want to achieve and what you may not want to change. She is focussed in approach and suggests changes to diets in manageable ways. I have been able to implement most of what she suggested over the period of the three consultations without feeling I have had to change radically. She accepts that its OK, human even (!), to have an occasional wild day.If you are unhappy about any aspect of diet or digestion I recommend Helen as a very sound person to go to. Good luck!
