The Six Month Professional Floristry Course with Wild Gorse Studio is one of the best investments I have made. I started the course unsure if I would be able to do it or be creative enough - I left it with a high level of confidence in what I can do and my value. Wild Gorse studio is a magic, escapist environment that allows you to become absorbed in the creative process, surrounded by highly skilled, nurturing people who really want you to do well. The environment for learning that has been created there is so unusual because it allows you the time and space to really learn techniques and then to play with them to discover your own style and inspirations. I was also given lots of insight into the commercial side of floristry & the processes that Wild Gorse use to manage their business. I looked at many professional floristry courses, but I'm glad I picked this one. I think all of them could have armed me with the techniques required to be a florist, but Julia's course gave me so much confidence to be creative, and in an industry like this - that's extremely valuable. It is an investment, but it's my first year as a florist and I'll have made the course fee's back from the weddings I have already booked.
