Had to wait 25 minutes to pick up outstanding medications which they didn't have previous day. . Luckily a lady in front of me gave up and left otherwise it would have been even longer. Shocking service not even an apology.This is another review, been using this pharmacy only when I'm desperate, however no improvement whatsoever, this time I waited for half an hour to be told that they don't have my medicine. Disgusting. Waste of time.

Always polite & great customer service from the staff (Sarah,Shelly & Lucy), no issues with my prescriptions always ready same day if put into the doctors in the morning & ready in the pharmacy by late afternoon. Always have othet products i need when needed.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy, lost my dad's prescription twice in a month. They finally say they have it a nd will deliver but nothing, I spend 2 hours calling non stop and never answered once for me to find out where his meds are yet again.

Discusting customer service. I phoned to see if my prescription had been sent over from the doctors, they told me to call back after half 5. I phoned again at half 5 to be told I'm putting you on hold for a minute I'm just on the computer" okay not a problem. Was then waiting and waiting the whole time I can hear the staff gossiping and laughing and joking the whole time which was 15 minutes by this point

I had to wait for BP medication for over a week because of extremely unsafe and unprofessional practice that I was told by the acting manager at the time was normal for them. After having waited for my medication to reach this pharmacy, I got home to discover that it had been given to me in a box that had been so damaged it looked like left over medication, had been trod on or that it had been tampered with. In any case the state of it left me feeling unsafe to proceed with using the medication. Holding on further after the first pick up. I took the damaged box of medication back to the pharmacy after the weekend and was taken aback when the manager insisted it was normal practice for them is to hand out damaged boxes provided the pills inside remained sealed. Maybe its because I am accustomed to pharmacies that pride themselves in presenting a product with care inside & outside, but it's more likely this manager believes her role to be in part arguing with customers over petty & easily resolved matters. I had to reorder the medication as she stood her ground that it was perfectly safe for me to take. She could make no sure assurances for a tampered box, had I ordered vitamins online that arrived in that condition not only would the company have advised me to dispose of them, while the quickly arranged a replacement, they would be apologetic as well. Further training is needed here but I am concerned that other customers are being forced to accept this dangerous and lazy practice as acceptable. It has been over a week without my HB medication, thankfully I had my refill today. But rest assured that when a company gives me early warning that they don't care about how they present their business, it is left up to me to move somewhere safer or remain. I will not be using them again

This is my local chemist and has been for years.I use the on line ordering via my Doctors ,prescriptions should be sent and prepared and then be ready for collection.On the last two occasions we have been in to collect ,staff check the hand held and told us the prescription is not ready,however have received automated messages that they are.Staff are not checking shelves if 'computer says no' apparently there is no need as the handheld is accurate sorry to say for me the hand held has been 100% inaccurate!!We have then had to go back to collect the prescription.Will look at moving my prescriptions to another chemist .Advice ,if the hand held says no get the staff to double check!!!Following a visit to the pharmacy today to collect a prescription,as well as the medication being ready and the person on the counter being really nice ,the help and advice we received from Sarah the pharmacist was excellent ,she took time out to go through the medication with us and explained it in a way that was easily understood.Based on this most recent experience ,it is now 5 stars!!
