Pets at Home Isle of Wight

Went in to get some treats and presents for Shelby's 1st Birthday. Very helpful and then when I was at the checkout the young lady said Shelby could have a free offer on my app and then proceeded to get it for me. Excellent service!

Staff are always really helpful. Today one of them spent about 15 mins helping sort out a new dog harness. Can't fault them.

Great range of animal products. We have a dog, so go there for his biscuits treats and accessories. They could have a wider range of smaller sized accessories, though, as I couldn't get a small enough collar.

Large store with plenty of stock and parking …. Nice friendly staff and good prices.

Today we went to this store for a crate for the car for our dog. We were served by Kate and it was a wonderful experience. She let us try the show crate in the car to ensure it fitted and went out of her way to be really helpful. An absolutely fab visit.

I use 3 pet shops on the island , pets with hart , the shop in school lane freshwater and this one .The staff are really friendly and chirpy ,they go out their way to help youFor pretty much everything that have a vast range .

Visited yesterday for some Guinea pig treats. Spoke with Mandy who was helpful and knowledgeable. She chatted with my Grandson about the bits we were buying and showed interest in his questions and answers. Even came up with agoody box for him with leaflets relating to care of the 'Pigs' and some colouring.Great friendly service! Thank you.

Great place to shop, it is not normally very busy and the isles are of a good size, some products are a bit expensive for what they are but then some arnt so pick wisely. It is nice to see a pet shop that still actually sells pets from mice, rats, rabbits and fish.

Pretty good shop. Just please please please REASERCH how to properly look after hampster before getting one as pets at homes have No Idea what they're saying! Or at least a while ago, I got a hampster very recently and the nice lady seemed to know what she was talking about... But please just REASERCH before getting one... And also the cadges at pets at home are disgracefully small! A minimum cadge size for ANY hampster is 100cm X 50CM X 50CM. also most of their products are okay but please check on the internet if it's safe for them! Also I would recommend water from a dish not the usual things because they can't properly hydrate. Also hampsters prefer scavenging for food. Not just put into one bowl. Thanks for reading!
