One particular staff member very rude and doesn't know how to deal and with customers,what a brilliant garage but shame his letting it down.

Visited recently as ran out of tobacco their prices are outrageous 8 pounds plus dearer than supermarket will never visit again. How can any londis store justify a mafia size mark up like that ???? Avoid like the plague !!!!

It must of not been my day.I went to wash my car... .. . No soap and the manager was clueless.I can't express how mad I was. Especially that i deposited £4.Customer satisfaction OUT THE WINDOW. . I don't usually leave reviews about petrol stations but regarding the way I was treated. I'm leaving ONE. I don't know who manages this place. DEFINITELY franchised. Unfortunately they are not representing B.P. The brand is fab.It's was the person selling the product was the problem. Always know the difference. The person represents the product. And the product didn't fail me. It was the person.... I know for a fact if this business was in the managers name they would of failed based on customer service. They Dont Care about the blood sweat and tears that took to build the BP empire. And on that note.

Tesla charger 150kW but performance is 60kw and very expensive.

Great stop for petrol. Prices not to good. But to be expected in current climate. Staff are ok.

Not bad as usual drinks are expensive with it being a garage probably be cheaper to drink petrol but it is what it is nice subway electric car chargers nice jetwash for cars used to come here when I was younger for beers becouse it's 24hr

Staff employed by this petrol station seem to think it's appropriate for them to park (very badly) in the disabled bay. It's not appropriate. Disabled bays are intended for people with mobility issues, not for arrogant people who are to lazy to walk 10 yards. When I pointed this out the clown tried to convince me this was the only space available when they parked. Yeah right. The forecourt is enormous and if the disabled bay WAS the only available space available when he parked, that's even more reason NOT to park there because then he's potentially preventing an disabled person from parking at all. I'll be writing to the Chairman of BT over this and explaining how I will NEVER use this place again.
