I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews regarding Mick, he is an honest hard working guy who will give you a straight honest answer regarding your boiler. He is very busy but that shows how popular he is.As for me since this is the fourth time I have had Mick to sort out a boiler and this time it was for my father.We were very pleased with the excellent service he provides and I know from reading many positive reviews has a wide client base who have had him back time and time again, which I think says it all.I would without hesitation recommend Mick Terry and I am doing this review because he deserves credit for an Excellent 5***** service that he provides.Thank you Mick and A Good Job Well Done A*****

I had a terrible experience with Mick Terry .. I would never recommend him ... he was un professional and uses scare tactics to secure work that he doesn’t even carry out !!! Bad attitude bad practice .. one star was generous!!

1st class. All concerns dealt with. Hugo is a boss. CJ work is excellent and Mr Terry possibly could of been a carpenter.

The Tina Turner show was good but as usual the sound system needs improving the band was excellent an all round fast moving show

I have used Broadstairs Gas Services for over 10 years now for both servicing and full system replacements. I am stunned to see bad reviews here so am compelled to take the time to leave a far more accurate review.Courteous, polite and the most professional boiler engineers I have dealt with.Mick Terry has always been absolutely fantastic and Chris, always punctual and responsive.I have had new boilers installed in my last two properties as well as referring them to family members, who have never been disappointed.Cannot recommend this company enough.
