WOW! Words cannot give Marie enough credit or praise. We chose her to do our Wedding Photos from getting ready through to our evening reception. Marie turned up early to the venue and had already 'scoped' out possible photo locations the day before. She is so easy to work with, an excellent communicator and from the start, understood our wedding vision.The photos and the presentation box they arrived in was perfect. I contacted Marie for a pin-up photoshoot for myself (no public viewings) for a confidence boost after having two babies in 3 years. It was more for a mental repair of finding who I am again and not living in pyjamas all the time ha!I had worked work Marie a few times previously and she is always such a diamond. This particular shoot was out of my comfort zone and Marie helped me with this tremendously. I was terribly nervous parading about in lingerie; struggling with new body changes and managing my babies in the background (with husband taking the baby ship) and Marie was so incredibly professional, calming and fun. Exactly what I needed to make it a success. The photos are amazing and I still can’t quite believe that’s me in them! I also loved that Marie didn’t airbrush me to an oblivion. Such subtle changes and all with my direction, which was amazing. She made me feel very much in control of what I wanted, rather than just handing me back what she thought was right. I loved this and truly felt like we worked together on it all.We planned the shoot together, outfits, poses, vibes, weeks before we shot. It was so well thought-out but also nice to have deviated slightly for some impromptu ideas that totally worked.Marie and I have been chatting about all sorts of things since and planning other future shoots. She is also a great friend and I admire her work ethic. Some of her creativities are mind blowing! I’ve since received helpful emails on how to take photos on my own phone which has been so helpful. She always replies so quickly to any messages and we both love an interior “geek-out”. Ha!Thank you, Marie. We loved the photos and I have already been highly recommending her to other friends who would like the same kind of confidence boosting shoot; as well as music friends. She’s a little bit of magic, this one. As Goldmember would say: “she’s a keeper”. :-p

Marie made our shoot really relaxing and comfortable. She gave us enough direction to help us give her something to work with but gave us enough free-rein for it to be a fun-filled afternoon. She took some beautiful pictures that seemed to tell a story about the afternoon. She even took some unusual ones which involved her sitting on the ground with my youngest daughter’s bike propped on her lap - never let it be said that she isn’t committed to her art!

Brilliant !!! Marie is one of the best in the industry, she captured not only the moment but the emotions we felt on that day, truly grateful and can honestly say I highly recommend her.

Marie is a gem of a photographer, not just in her skill and execution but also in terms of human interaction. We had a mother and child shoot with her, and she was so calming to be around and her approach is very natural, which the children found very easy to settle in to.Location wasnt a problem for Marie either, she was happy to travel to a spot which held alot of meaning for us, and she captured this season of ours lives perfectly. Would recommend her to anyone seeking family photographs that are a bit different form the norm and entirely personal to you.

Having a photoshoot with Marie is like someone very capable guiding you through the bits of your life that you feel most uncomfortable with. But more than that. This is my second photoshoot with Marie in 10 years ... and I’ll definitely be using her again for every milestone, every big celebration and just whenever as you leave feeling fantastic and you get photos that are just incredibly for very little effort on your part. Marie guides you, teaches you and makes you feel (and look) like a star! I can’t wait to share these photos with my mom! A lifetime keepsake! Thanks Marie for being so fantastic with not only me but with two crazy parrots! Your patience and professionalism won them over in a way that I’ve never seen before.
