TOW N GO CARAVAN SERVICING

Having had a very bad experience with the last caravan service engineer we were so happy with Tow N Go they were good reliable and very thorough I have already recommended them to friends and had other work done on the caravan done by Shaun.

We unfortunately had a very different experience than other customers, tow and go engineer just huffed and puffed about everything he had to do, came without the right equipment, even after explaining exactly what was wong with our fridge before his visite, his van doesn't look organise at all,so not surprised he doesn't have the right equipments, and when he came back and we ask him to provide paper work for his work, it was an other big fuss! When he left the second time he very kindly didn't charge us for the second visite, but the fridge was still not fixed!Not sure if we court him on a bad couple of days!but we can't say that we would ever recommend him!

I used this company today to carry out a full service / Habitation check on my twin axle Bailey Senator 6. Throughout, Shaun was methodical in checking over the caravan, and was very informative in what he was doing. Nothing was to much, so I would highly recommend him to other caravaners. First class service.
