Old town barbers

I would rate higher but I had a medium fade and a beard trim parts of my hair not even, my fringe not straight it’s at and angle to high on right (my right but when you look head-on your left) side going diagonal down to left and this was done Saturday 16th December and cost me £31 not happy customer and I know it’s 100% this shop as it’s the only one that I use but I’m thinking of going elsewhere but if something can be done about the mess up or a refund as customer satisfaction and quality is top priority just feel like been let down as it’s my local go to.

Came here for the first time today. Did exactly what I asked for, left satisfied. I don’t like getting haircuts because I’ve always had my hair long-ish. But they communicated very well, friendly and welcoming. Recommend for first time visitors. £15 for my cut, will return.

Top quality service from here. Clearly they take pride in their work and attention to detail. Saved my day after a bad haircut at another place in town. Really appreciate this and I will be back!

Called up and spoke to Bayram as needed a trim urgently so wanted to see someone immediately plus I have Afro hair so had concerns about a professional clean fade being done. The gamble paid off as I got a fantastic trim at a reasonable price and also got my ears waxed at the same time with their compliments. Cannot recommend these guys enough regardless of your hair type. The premises are clean and other staff very friendly. Will be def using again. Keep up the good work guys.

Don't where to start this is probably the best barbers I've been to, the decor and cleanliness of the shop are amazing, the customer service was first class from the moment I walked through the door. My haircut was perfect and all the trimmings after like plucking my ear hairs and shaving my eyebrows and even washing the loose hair off me made this a premium experience, I must say I've never been to a barber where I have left without hair all over me, you could get a hair cut here and leave for a night out!!! To me the prices were super value for the service and I will definitely be going back!!!

Haircut & BeardAmbience: 3/5 place looks good, but really needs a cleaning, bit messy. Toilets under renovation, so hopefully will be fine once complete.Staff: 4/5 Friendly and attentive to customers. So that's good.Service: 3/5 Although the barber was friendly, efficient and was asking what needs doing. The overall haircut experience was average. I did notice uneven shaping of the beard. Right side rounder while left was straight. Also side burns uneven with one side was a bit too deep.For a £25 cut and shave, I had to do a few adjustments at home, and wasn't too happy with the after cut styling, felt not even effort was taking, for the cost.Overall good for a quick cut(20mins wait time though) but not for special occasions.

Got a haircut and it got messed up, clipped came off and shaved hair off I didn’t want shaven off and lined my corners way too far back. Not happy at all
