I'm so disappointed with this chemist although some of the staff are friendly this month I put my prescription in I picked it up I saw too boxes of my painkillers I know I only get one so I looked at the boxes one had a sticker on it saying it was amytriptaline and then the other said amlpdipine one is a pain killer and the other one is fir a heart condition I have so had I not noticed I would of been taking painkiller as a heart tablet I wd of been very poorly I took them back they didn't really seemed too bothered and just shaped the sticker and put it on my correct medication now they are saying they have issued me my medication and they have been collected which I know they wasn't in the bag so they wd of been down 28 amytriptaline tablets and now they carnt explained where 2 boxes of sleeping medication and that aren't accounted for all they have done is make things harder for me it was handy as it was close but now I wd prepare to walk miles and not having to guess if I have been given the correct medication I will be following this through as sleeping tablets don't disappear especially in a chemist it they do it's needs to be investigated just be carefull and double triple check you medication before you leave the chemist sorry but these are facts

Great Service with new owners. After ordering my repeat prescription at my doctors I got a text message very quickly saying my items were ready to collect, there was no queue when I collected it and the member of staff who served me was lovely.

Wouldn't order my prescription amount even though it was sent by the doctors..Absolutely ridiculousI have called 20 times with no answer

Tried to ring most of today to see if my prescription is ready, onebody picks up the Phone ?? 5 rings to get an answer machine on which you cannot leave a message !!!! This is a chemist you can't contact telephonically. It's Pathetic !!

Came in today to get a prescription but service was extremely slowwaited over 35 minutes.Staff members discussing getting future Botox and veneers.In my opinion their personal lives are more important to them than their customers and it’s a disgrace!Please improve!

What can I say, Rude, arrogant, ignorant and unhelpful staff. They love to ignore you while you're stood at the counter, don't expect to be served for at least 15 minutes. Until they've finished chatting between themselves.Very unpleasant atmosphere , service has degraded year by year, my advice - change pharmacy

Very good service after change of ownership. Was going down the nick under Rowlands. Excellent now.

So unbelievably rude. Came in with my baby and was waiting for a while not even acknowledged. In the end I had to say to them excuse me please could you take my prescription form and their answer 'oh yeah' didn't even look at me. They didn't even have it anyway! Whilst I was waiting people were walking out due to the shocking service. Absolutely shocking customer service - wouldn't hurt to acknowledge your customers or even crack a smile! Avoid here at all costs!!

Not a patient but actually worked here today. Credit to most of the staff for working hard in a busy branch, but can I say Rachel the dispenser is one of the rudest, most ill-mannered, snappy individuals I've ever met.Constantly muttering under her breath about colleagues and patients which was incredibly unprofessional. Not even said thanks or goodbye at the end of the day. I don't know what's in the cigs she smokes but it seems to eliminate any respect, courtesy or basic human decency.If you don't like dealing with patients or colleagues, there's plenty of jobs out there. God help the people having to work with such a sour and toxic individual on a daily basis !

Evident change in management, real improvement in customer service. Wait time was less than 5 minutes and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely be coming back to Waterloo Pharmacy
