Amazing and fast, effective service! Got my bed delivered within 7 working days, the delivery driver even managed to bring it up my narrow staircase, I appreciate it so much! My items have come out perfect, this includes the headboard, mattress and the bed! Would love to purchase again, very good customer services and always there for support! Thank you so much!!

I was ordering online but it asked for payment before confirming the delivery date therefore I rang and spoke to Silvia who was very helpful and completed the sale process and confirmed the delivery date with their third party who called immediately to agree. Very efficient and a pleasant shopping experience. I hope after my great review it arrives on time!

I didn't receive a confirmation email so I was a bit sceptical, however the delivery company called and text the day before with a time slot. And on the day of delivery I also received a text saying it would be 30 minutes. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Bed quality is good and the mattress feels amazing. Roll on bedtime. Thanks for very much!

Delivered the bed and said they had forgot to put the headboard on the van so would return with it the following week. This was 2 months ago. They’ve ignored all calls, emails and contact. Absolutely awful service!

Made payment. Was told the courier would be in touch. Waited 5 days for courier to say we are delivering next day 7am-8pm. Had to quickly make arrangements so someone could be here. Waited all day. Messaged them at 8pm to be told ‘van broken down’ same excuse they use over and over. Didn’t even let me know they weren’t coming. Said they will come the next day, but told them don’t bother as nobody will here. They said I need to let the driver know I don’t want it anymore! NO! You do it!! Ignored messages and emails but eventually refunded.

I ordered a double divan bed on Thursday night. Got a phone call on Friday morning advising me they could deliver on Saturday before 12. I had my delivery first thing today. They upgraded the feet for free too. Brilliant service couldn't fault this company. The bed was really easy to assemble and the delivery driver was also really helpful and friendly.

I ordered 2 beds from this company and the service I received was excellent! Due to my own mistake, the divan beds I ordered wouldn't fit up my stairs. I called and spoke to Richard, and he suggested an alternative option and got the beds changed with a few days with no issues. The beds and mattresses are very good quality. Highly recommended.
