Friendly and helpful imported car dealerI purchased my imported GOLF from Winterstoke back in June'23. Now that I have owned the car for a little over 3 months I thought I would leave my own honest review.Being an import I was unsure what to expect, but the team at Winterstoke were approachable and friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. The car itself has been fantastic. It ticked all my boxes, had loads of options on it that I was looking for. It is the best car I have ever owned. I want to keep it forever! Should I need to buy another car in the future I will have no concerns about going back to Winterstoke and asking them to find me exactly what I want from Japan.Thank you. Had a very pleasant experience, went in just to take a look around as every time my dad drove past the cars looked very nice and looked after - and came out with this beauty! We didn’t realise the dealership dealt with Japanese imports. The whole process was very smooth and easy and I am overall very pleased!

I purchased my new to me car last December (2020) from Neil having read the reviews here. I must say that now having dealt with Winterstoke Motor Company I do not recognise how the 1* ratings came about, because I was treated respectfully before, during and after sales. I have never felt such little pressure in purchasing anything anywhere . We agreed a sale price where Neil was generous to me with a part exchange valuation. Following the purchase and subsequent ownership there were a few gremlins. These were remedied promptly and at my convenience, Neil actually went further than required to make sure that I was satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winterstoke Motor Company and they will be my first choice when I next consider another car.
