The product is, and the installation was, excellent which of course is the main thing. The administration, however, is absolutely hopeless. I am still getting documents to sign on a regular basis and the installation was in February.

Not only did they fail to update the installation date when they found that they had supply issues, but upon the order being cancelled due to this and refund forms being sent back to them ( which they confirmed receipt of), they have yet to refund the money. This is more than a month ago. In the end the refund has had to be provided by our bank.

They installed a solar system for me. Very happy with it.

We were going with another company after getting a much higher quote, but a follow up call from Richard Fancourt gave us information about this other company and sugested we look into them, on doing so we found that the other company had lots of complaints.So our thanks to Richard for saving us a lot of money and we have more panels of a superior quality than we were going to get. I would highly recommend that you give GESS a try before going anywhere else.
