M3 Electrical installed an electric heating system for me. The service was excellent, everything was done very neatly and cleanly, and exactly how I wanted it with socket positions etc., and he repaired all the holes in the walls around the sockets and switches very neatly. He set the heating system up for me and took the time to explain how it all works. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to others.

Mark and his team at M3 Electrical were brought in by our project managers Keels to work on our home extension and renovation.They conducted a full rewiring of the existing house alongside the work on the extension and were incredibly professional and communicative throughout. The team at M3 have been fantastic. After interviewing 4 potential firms, we engaged Mark and team to upgrade communal lighting at a residential apartment block of 100 flats and commercial ground floor units in the city centre. A large complex job broke up into many phases; over 1 year of work. The teams attention to detail, even on the parts otherwise hidden like labelling of cabling, cable tying, junction boxes etc, is second to none. The team has helped us address historic problems in the building as they progressed through each area, bringing the building up to modern safety standards for both electrics and emergency fire lighting. However, they have done this in a way as to not forget about the aesthetics; including LED strips in places to add modern finishes and helping us add ambiance to communal residential areas without it feeling like an office block. They also helped us slash our electricity bills by over 60% - better than expected, mostly due to the lighting design and options for lighting controls the team recommended. The team actively came to our committee with ideas and brought to the job more than just their trade. Huge pride in their work makes them rare these days, and highly refreshing to deal with.
