Contacted for a quote and 2 days later the turned up when expected, located the leak and repaired it. They returned the area back to a clean tidy bit of grass. A really great service by this company. I highly recommend them.

Tom and Mark, worked so hard this week. Even when things were not going to plan, they were polite and kept us informed at all stages. A 300m new water supply pipe fitted. Very happy with the workmanship. They have left us clean and tidy. We would highly recommend DUG.

Totally happy with the work completed by Tom and Ben: Thoroughly professional throughout, they arrived on time, started work straight away, used tubs to load up spoil, and put everything back perfectly on completion. You’d never know they had been and we now have a new supply pipe and internal connection. Recommended.

Tom attended our address to assess a water leak under our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fully explained what was needed. He promptly provided a detailed quote and arrived the following week to carry out the work. Tom and his colleague Mark were excellent in completing the work with minimum disruption. Very professional, polite and cleared up after them selves. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Tom and Mark . . 100% 5* service . . . and no more leak!!

We used this company after being disappointed by a.n.other Utilities Company. WHAT A REVELATION THIS YOUNG MAN IS and I so wish we had stumbled upon him the first time round. An honest, fair, diligent, value-for-money, trustworthy, friendly, efficient, speedy, polite (I am running out of superlatives!) gentleman. Honestly, if you have a water problem, you've just found the perfect company to sort it and I just wish Wessex Water were allowed to hand out recommendations, it would have saved us a lot of time and money.

The new, underground, water service that DUG supplied and fitted, was carried out in a very professional manner. They carried out this operation in such a clean and tidy fashion, that my 84 year old mum said that she could even see where they had excavated pits to insert the moleing apparatus. Definitely recommended and I guess you get what you pay for!!I will add photos later.

Tom replaced around 650m of water pipe from our house to the mains connection. It was not straightforward but he overcame all the problems in a calm and professional way and did an excellent job. I have no reservations in recommending his services.
