I bought my new Fiat 500 with the help of Paul Duncan. He made me feel at ease from the start to the end. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it made the whole experience more exciting. Absolutely Shocking Service. Waited over 7 days for a quote. When I finally got hold of Bode because nothing had happened he told me he was a very busy man and it was best for us to go elsewhere. He also made a few comments I wouldn't dare to repost online.This was a body repair after being hit by an SUV.As a reply to your comment below, if you have reviewed the phonecall, then I am deeply surprised and saddened you don't find the comment about husbands inappropriate and misogynistic.Thankyou for your deflating response.

We purchased a Fiat 500C with the help of Paul Duncan who made the experience very straightforward. Having made the enquiry, we received a video from Paul, walking us round the cars we were interested in. This saved us a journey from Kent. Having made our decision to buy, Paul matched the trade in price we wanted for our existing car and arrangements for delivery were agreed. Their driver brought the car to us 2 days later and took our old car back with him. I would recommend Thames Fiat without hesitation.

We picked up our Electric Fiat 500C today from Thames Motor Group Fiat in Slough…we received wonderful caring support and advice from Sam Mudge. Sam could not do enough for us giving us real confidence in both our new Fiat and Thames Motor Group. After looking to upgrade my wife's car from a 500 Sport, this dealership were by far the most competitive.So much so Approached the dealership last Thursday. Spoke to Abb... bought a 500 Top! Service received was excellent. We drove the 150 miles down from Staff's , quick cuppa , papers sorted & off we went.Abb, top man!! Thankyou

I have my two cars fromFiat, My latest one is a Fiat 500x yesterday I had an MOT and a car washed, Mr Bodi was very helpful and explained that everything was good but unfortunately, the handle fell off when I arrived home,had to take it again today to Fiat service station and Ordered a new one with £27 charged and free repair, is this normal after the MOT?
