Regal Nails

Can’t believe this place is allowed to operate. Not only was it the worst manicure I’ve ever had, the service was absolutely shocking. Hope this place closes down. There’s no need for unprovoked rudeness!!

Having been a loyal customer for 8+ years at Regal Nails, the owner has been extremely rude one time too many to me. He blamed me by ranting at me for opening the door to the salon and letting his puppy run out who was sat by the door and without his collar being attached to anything. This is a shame because the employees work very hard and generally provide a great service. I won’t be getting my nails done there again!

Got such a french tip set , kind staff, the lady i had got my approval for everything she done on me. Love my nails - Thanks , Loved it - Will definitely come back .

Honestly this is so bad, I wanted something nice and it looked good at first but I WISH I saw the reviews, they all came off the same day and they were wonky, they also don’t use gloves and when I was finished I was peeling off bits that were not wiped off. They look vile. I paid £20 for Gel nails and I was so happy and I looked at them closer and they looked VILE. There was some Chinese man who did them and I was happy with them and now I’m NEVER going again. This was vile. I didn’t read reviews before going and I wish I did. If I don’t get a refund I’m gonna go mad. And yes the nails are ALL off. Like honestly I can see why they have loads of 1* reviews. You should be ashamed.

I called up the store prior to my visit, asking how much shellac and infills on acrylic will cost. A man answered the phone and said it's £25 as it's a £5 off deal today. I then told him how I'll be there in 10mins.I have now arrived at the shop and I informed the man how I called up 10mins ago asking for acrylic and shellac. He said 'No for you it's £30' !I then ignored that comment and sat down with the lady she was being really rough with my nails and kept rushing me to choose a colour. She then she cut my nails shorter than I asked for in which I didn't complain at first. Then I asked her for a coffin shape and she did square. So I told her if she wanted me to show her a picture and she shouted at me and told me to go to the other lady as she didn't want to do my nails. Then the ladies were talking in Chinese and the lady who I got passed on to was huffing and puffing. I asked if there was a problem and the lady told me to sit down aggressively. She then tried to file my nails to coffin and she was so rough. Then man comes over and shouts at me telling me it's too short, stop complaining and so on. I told him how it was the lady that did that. Then they didn't want to continue doing my nails. I was so upset the way they treated me, as I walked out the lady said you need to pay.Pay for what???? My nails weren't painted or shaped I walked out half done.Then the man shouted at me to get out.I wish I read the reviews before because I wouldn't of gone to the shop. It's disgusting and they are vile people!!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve never experienced someone be so rude to me in all my life. I had acrylics done and they were bubbly, bent and not the design I asked for. When I explained I wasn’t happy with the end product, the shop owner, Vince, said ‘you don’t know what you’re talking about’. When my sister came over he told her to ‘go away, sit over there! Don’t come near me’ for no reason whatsoever? I cannot believe this shop is allowed to operate and take money from people when the service is this poor. Under no circumstances - do NOT give your money to this shop

This is by far the most RUDE customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The main guy in there (wears glasses) is the most arrogant and disrespectful man ever. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE GOING IN. The guy started working on my nails then my phone rang, he threw a tantrum and said he had a booking and can’t do my nails, I was shocked as this came out of no where . He continued to tell me I’ve been in this shop many times and always causing trouble (Bare in mind this was my first time In this nail shop) he was shouting and telling me to get out. I actually wish I read the reviews before.after reading the reviews I went back and told him to check his reviews on line and that loads of people were not happy with how rude they are. His response “I have been here 18years! I gave it 1 star coz there was no option of a zero or negative star rating. Shocked at how u Rude some humans are!! NEVER AGAIN! It’s a disgrace of service in loughton and humanity

Owner extremely rude, implying that it was my fault that 4 nails split within days. The job was rushed and sufficient care was not taken.Owner is now implying that I complained because I wanted a free service. NO !! What I wanted was for someone to repair their bad workmanship. At the end of 6 days 7 nails had split. I have been having gel nails successfully for years. I went in there once and they ruined my nails. Never again. Owner take note and read all the shocking reviews before thinking that I would ever use you again ! Not even for free !'Wish I had read the reviews before walking in there.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. She didn't ask me to wash my hands and she didn't wear gloves. Nail file very worn. Gel polish dry and gloopy. Two coats and still patchy. Application messy. Asked her to correct and she acted like there wasn't a problem. I do a better job myself. Gel polish natural nails £20!! Don't waste your money ☹

I was thought I was the only one who recieved disgusting and bullying behaviour , I can now see that it is common practice at this place. I had shellac in here and after a few days after all my nails started to chip. I went back and was told by the owner to come in the next day which I did. I could immediately tell when i went back in he was angry . I told the nail technician to redo the nails as 6 of them had chipped within a matter of days. The owner started yelling and implied ' he sees my kind' all the time. Disgusting , and I felt so shaken by his constant shouting I just told the lady to take them off and went. He said he has been here for 20 years, and I think I'm clever. I said everyone works hard for there money but he was so rude. Please think twice before going here , like the other reviews he does almost reduce you to tears . Really disgusting behaviour from the owner. Doesn't matter what they reply , people are smart enough to know not every bad review can be wrong! And no I did not ask for BOTH money back or new sets . I asked for either or .
