Really excellent service. Was greeted with a smile and banter between the staff. You can tell they enjoy working together! That enjoyment was passed on in how I and my bike was treated. Was sent photos of my bike with it's intakes showing for the 12k valve height servicing job. Was delighted to be given the newer Street Triple as a loaner bike for the day. When I came back to collect the bike, got a detailed explanation of a few things about my bike by the mechanic himself. Would highly recommend their warm but professional service.

called in shop 3 months ago to ask them to repair gear box in triumph rocket111. they said they could do it but not until November phoned today after waiting all this time to book it in there reply was dont want to do it as big job and can't fit it in as they are back logged with work they were not interested. but they were very nice when I bought a bike off them .they will get no more business off me never mind phoned a triumph dealer up shortly afte rand they can fit it next week

First Sevice and a recall on my Trident 660 .... all seems good with the bike after the work but what a friendly bunch of Guys, made to feel welcome in a genuine way.Looks a big set-up by Motorbike dealer standards... Triumph have a good partner in this AD ... Thanks Guys!

My three year old Triumph Scrambler had a wiring loom problem which required a new loom. The motorcycle was one year out of warranty, however the staff at JS Gedge contacted Triumph HQ and argued my case with them. The end result was that they replaced the wiring loom at no charge and provided me a loan Triumph Scrambler for ten days during the repair. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and have always serviced and repaired my motorcycles perfectly. I have bought three motorcycles from Gedge over the years and I honestly cannot recommend them more highly.

Just passed my mod 2, first time today, throughout it all Phil has been an amazing instructor and I'm glad I choose these guys to get me on the road, everyone is very welcoming in the showroom and makes you feel at home, highly recommend anyone wanting the bike license to book in with these guys!
