KFC Review:My experience at KFC was disappointing and below expectations. The food quality was subpar, with greasy and overcooked chicken lacking flavor. The service was slow and inefficient, resulting in frustratingly long wait times. The restaurant's cleanliness was questionable, and the limited seating options made it difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy the meal. The menu lacked variety and the prices felt high for the quality and service provided. The customer service was lacking, with uninterested and unhelpful employees. Inaccurate orders were also a frequent occurrence. Overall, I left KFC feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return.

This is my local kfc ..... just don't like that staff are really rude , bad customers. Some look like they don't know what they are doing, other just like to stare and doing nothing.The waiting time is really ridiculous and also you got staff chatting and laughing when there alot of order that need to be done.Hygiene of the place is horrible. This kfc cant be 5 star Hygiene rating.Tables and floor was dirty and I told one of the staff you need to get someone to clean the tables and that" and the staff just look at me and didn't saying nothing and did the same thing when asking for napkins.They need to change the staff in there and come check the hygiene staus again."

Ordered eat in, food was presented in a bag with no napkins, or utensils. Fries were soggy and too salty - huge disappointment. KFC fries used to be always nice. Definitely not coming back.

What kind of KFC is this. Doesn’t even have tissue. More over we were asked to move from our table while we were eating. Really bad service.

Dirty place. A lot of trash on the floor. Staff are unfriendly and extremely slow. You have to wait 20 mins to get your food. Terrible experience.

To be honest there are no service at all .I order dine in but they give me in a take way box.Table was not clean. Waiting time to long for food.Stuff are not the much capable( my own opinion) to maintain everything.

Extremely long wait, even though it wasn't busy. Ordering via the terminal in the entrance was uncomplicated and quick.The beans, rice box and chicken pop corn was good.The Zinger Burger isn't worth the name. A bun with chicken and one lettuce leaf.All drinks were warm and without ice cubesCobwebs hang from the lamps. Water drips from the ceiling. The toilets are closed.

Better for me to order at the counter. I decided to order from the machine. When I did this my order was one of the last to get called even though my meal was already ready. I think it might be because I had 2 glasses to wear and didn't always wear them. These social interactive disorders affects my life and everywhere I go there's a tonoi.

Had been there multiple times. As a customer what I felt is everyone is frustrated and doesn’t even want to work there. The tables are not clean, the service is rude. Need to work a lot.
