We pre-arranged a two-way trip from Aberdeen to Cruden Bay. The office staff was very efficient in making the booking; the drivers were on-time and pleasant; and the cars were nice. All at a reasonable price.

Booked a taxi many hours before it was required only to find it canceled close to pick up time. Called to find out what had happened, was told it was cancelled “hours ago” - no notification from the company at all, and absolutely zero care for the impact on what had been a planned celebratory event. How’s that for rewarding customer loyalty. Do not recommend.

When the clutch went on our campervan the AA arranged recovery for it and booked us a taxi to get home. Unfortunately I can't remember the drivers name but he was superb. We had our dog with us and drove with consideration, particularly on roundabouts. As we had broken down on a narrow un-named road we were difficult to locate but a reassuring phone call kept us informed on his progress in finding us. I absolutely recommend Central Taxis North East Ltd. A++ service.

Got a taxi from cruden bay to Hatton, driver took us to the old cruden bridge that has been shut for years. Driving back past the golf club in cruden bay the meter read £10.60 so a tour of a closed road cost us £10. Our total fair was £19.80 so our taxi ride basically cost double the price due to a driver error. There was no apology offered at the end of our journey. Very disappointed.

Forever cancelling bookings or just not even turning up to bookings leaving me stbading waiting with nothing so much as a text call or booking cancellation. Which isnt great when you have to either get to work or pick up your kids.
