This is the best technical support shop in Luton Town Centre. They can fix any problem at a reasonable price. I have used them twice during the last 5 years, and their knowledge and service is outstanding. They know the problem straight away and immediately give you an approximate quote. The first time they stayed open later than usual just so I could collect my fixed laptop on the same day. Recently I had to have a new keyboard ordered. The order came quickly and they also updated, backed up and serviced my product all within a couple of days. Quality service from a well established company. Even when at times I needed friendly, expert advice on tech matters, I have been able to phone or visit the shop in King Street free of charge. I can confidently recommended other people to Kaiser and his shop team. Top marks, fully deserved.

Needed my PS5 HDMI port replaced, Paid £75 and got it back fixed the same day. Everything's working great now, I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank You King Computer.

Poor customer service. Had to ring 3x to get update on a PS5 progress. 1 and the half weeks later couldn't fix it. Had to pay £15 just to have a look. And asked what they actually did to fault find??? Responded look at HDMI port!!! Seriously I could have a look myself and save the money. Trusted the reviews on this page and what a let down!

I have been using this place for few years now and found them to be the best. They're professional friendly and always deliver on time. There changes are responsible. I'll highly recommend them.

Massive thank you to the amazing guys who fixed a boot looping PC we had, They managed to find it was a faulty motherboard and replaced it for us. We took the PC in on Tuesday and it was avaliable to collect by Thursday on the same week. Great customer service and knowledge, I would easily recommend these guys to anyone who needs anything repaired.

My IMac suddenly packed up, phoned King Computers, Luton. They said pop it in and we’ll lot at it for you. So dropped it in 11 am Monday, the gentleman who served me was very reassuring, told me they would phone me on Tuesday and give me a diagnosis. True to their words they did, told me it was a power problem and fixable, quoted me a very reasonable price. Mac was ready for collecting Wednesday lunchtime. Honestly these gentlemen pulled it out of the bag. I had gone to apple to get repairs done on a Mac but they said it wasn't possible for less than £800. But these brothers had done it for a fraction of the price. Will definitely be coming back here in the future if needed. And would highly recommend them to anyone else
