My car was towed to DCB by the RAC as an approved RAC garage and fixed at the earliest opportunity. Communication by DCB was second to none throughout, car fixed without costing the earth. Fantastic proffessional garage of the highest standard.

I cannot recommend DCB enough. I have being going to them for years. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and you know you’re getting sound advice. I never feel overcharged and always trust their opinion. I took my car in for an oil extraction today. They looked at it right away and fixed the issue. No charge! Excellent customer service.

The guys at DCB are great! I've used them for 3 years and they have always been professional, timely, thorough and well priced! They seem determined to do everything they can to find any reported fault and send videos which highlight the problem,show the state of the faulty part and compare it with the new part that is to replace it. Highly recommended!

I found that my Air Con wasn't functioning effectively so I booked an appointment for an air con service/recharge at a National Corporate enterprise in Yeovil. Dropped the car off, returned 2 hours later to be told the system could not be recharged as the system was leaking, this surprised me as the car is only 3 years old. No charge was levied but I'll never get that 2 hours back in life!I was then recommended to DCB Auto's; from the moment I made the appointment by phone I received a totally professional and efficient customer experience. The air con was fixed yesterday and there was no leak! I now have cold air again! the invoice was reasonable and I left feeling that too rare warm feeling of trust. I will certainly use DCB in the future for all my vehicle needs. It comes as no surprise that DCB have been in business for over 30 years obviously delivering excellent service equates to a successful business. Thank you !

Really professional throughout, from initial booking through to key collection. I went for MOT and full service and very happy with the work they did. I got sent a video clearly showing key parts of the service on my vehicle, including explanations on quality of brakes, suspension etc. Will come back

My housemate took her 2005 Prius for a new radiator. Charged £360 but car was losing coolant afterwards and engine warning light came on. Had to take car back to stop the leak and bleed the cooling system. Overheating could have damaged engine. Also tried to add £80 to initial bill for 'diagnosis' even though they had already been asked to replace the radiator, but dropped it when challenged.
