As a beginner to bloodbowl & mini painting Ste was very patient, informative and offered an honest opinion on what I actually needed. Zero hard-sell which was refreshing. Other customers/regulars even offered their advice. I will definitely be back to support this local business!

Was introduced to Asgard a little while back, and so glad I was. The shop is the hub of a great community online and IRL, and has a great, well priced range - not to mention a massive preorder discount on new products! Ste (owner) always goes above and beyond with his customer service and is very approachable. As soon as things settle down, I'll be booking some regular game time in :)

First time purchaser (online) from store, and my order of 3 items turned up with one item missing:Pros: Quick reply to query and arranged refund for missing item.Cons: Despite all 3 items being marked as in stock, my missing item isn't, meaning I have to look elsewhere, something I would have done if first if I'd known.[Belated edit, as I forgot I posted here] Upgraded to 4-stars, as a couple of days after initial contact the store had sourced my missing item for me, and added a few other bits as way of an apology, which I thought was great service.
