Dovestone Reservoir

Wonderful place to chill with friends and and family specially on summer time.

It's a one of beautiful places in Pick District and one of my favourites. I love it :)

such a nice place for a walk so many different paths to take for young and old views are amazing dog friendly as well parking is limited so get there early there are toilet facilities and the car park is reasonably priced well worth a visit even if the weather not the best,you can stay on the path around the reservoir

Nice place to walk around. Needs decent footwear and sometimes patience with other ignorant parties of people blocking the paths but definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful peaceful place.

What a fantastic place to go for a walk there is something for everyone to see.Such wonderful landscape surrounded by hills take a 2.5 mile walk round Dove Stone reservoir with picnic areas and woodland paths around the site.Plenty of other tracks around Yeoman Hey and Greenfield reservoirs, or a steep 1.5 mile route to Chew reservoir the views though are magnificent and well worth the trek.If your a bird watcher well this will be a paradise Skylarks, Meadow Pipits, Red Grouse, Curlew, Ring Ouzel, Merlin and Peregrine falcons can all be spotted. Keep an eye out for wild Red Deer and Mountain Hares.Wether your on holiday and are looking for walks or live locally the amount of walks and things to see will be well worth your visit.

Very nice easy walk.

Beautiful reservoir. You can walk all the way around in about an hour. Lots to see, water, woods, fields. Easy to walk around it, no steep hills or mud, even on rainy days.

One of the most beautiful hikes in the northwest of England. Very much recommended!
