Indra was fantastic. Knowledgeable and you can see she has a real passion for machines and sewing when she explains the issues with my machine. She was incredibly helpful and got my Janome up and running once more me, her appreciation of my machine as well really made everything. Absolutely mind blowing how much she charges and how quickly the machine was fixed and ready for pick up. Highly recommend her services and happy to have my machine working like an absolute dream again

Outstanding service, quickly and cost-effectively fixed my 30 year old Janome overlocker which is now good for probably another 30 years. Especially impressed as another company had condemned it as not economically viable to repair and suggested I buy a new one. I knew that if my machine was repairable, it would be repaired. Highly recommended.Also offer classes on how to use an overlocker, learned a great deal of hands on, real world, instantly usable techniques.

Excellent service, with a smile. Indra has restored my much-loved machine to full working order. I think it might even be better than when it was new nearly 2 decades ago! Quick turnaround, generous advice and a precise focus on how to get the most from my machine also helped. Every sewing machine deserves a trip here for a bit of TLC!

My machine turned out to be broken beyond repair, so I was not charged for the service. Indra explained in great detail what the issues were and that the repairs would cost much more than the old machine was worth. When I wanted to give her the machine to use for parts she asked my how much I paid for it and after hearing the price told me to sell it for parts on eBay instead and recover some of the money.Honestly and integrity are rare qualities these days, so I would definitely recommend this business.
