I have been a devoted Lee shopper for over 20 years. I asked the shop assistant if they had any dry jeans and the response I got... was something out of a donut factory. I then tried my luck to educate the assistant with the difference of the jeans she was trying to pie me off as 1952 Lee 101z riders... The assistant isn't passionate about the Lee brand, vintage or denim ? PLEASE CHANGE JOB !!!!

Terrible staff. I was alone in the shop for 10 mins looking for jeans and the girls never offered to help, instead they just talked to each other and looked a bit annoyed when I interrupted to ask for assistance.

The main girl at Covent Garden was really unhelpful and rude when I returned a pair of dungarees. A fastener was missing, and I was told I had lost it. The product never came out of the bag

Great items and great location. However the young lady working on the 26 Jan 2019 had the worst customer service I have experienced in a longtime. Clearly didn't like her job or want to be there .shame some nice items for sale.

Their online order is an absolute nightmare. They took ages to deliver my order and when i have to return they took ages to refund to my account. Have questions for support service? Waited for ages to get nswered. They said due to busy season. I don't think it's an excuse as it's also a busy season for all other retailers as well but they don't take it as an excuse.

one of a shop assistant advised to get a pair of jeans smaller than I normally wear because they would strech and then become too loose. I thought they know what they talking about but not this time. I bought the jeans beliving is true and after a weeks, months wearing too tight jeans i realised I had been misinformed. Now I cant get my money back or another pair of jeans because the were worn. took months to get respond from customer service. I was informed I wont get my money back I have lost 80 pounds. DONT SHOP IN THIS STORE! I have been loyal to the brand for 10years Better of to shoping at Wrangler

Terrible staff. Waited outside store for 10 minutes after it was due to open. Staff members came out and told me they are closed because of technical issues. Service is always dreadful in this store.

Neal street poor organisation. boxing day time not up online or in store in addition to all the times on google also being wrong . Went down to the store which on google said open at 11am which i through was quite late as most of the stores around where already open only to find no one their called the store the lady knew it was not up anywhere store, window and lee website. POOR! considering that is the only store in central london
