This company transports freight around the world. Including cats, which you might expect to be treated more quickly and carefully than a parcel. Sadly not. After 3 phone calls and two broken promises of “a call back in 10 min”, on a 4th call at 11.30 I was informed that Extrordinair (next door) had not completed the customs clearance and I should now phone them. Turns out that Extrordinair had completed the clearance by 10.00 but no one had informed the other party. This is not a good service, let down entirely by poor interagency and customer communications. Management clearly don’t have proper systems in place.

Lost my bag at Edinburgh airport. Tried absolutely everything to get it back. Gave up hope and as a last resort went back to the airport to be faced with more absolute chaos. However, guy called Kevin Smith from WFS took up my issue and was absolutely brilliant. Courteous, practical, empathetic and didn’t give up at the first chance like so many others. Eventually got my bag back. Brilliant service.
