I must say Brooks Estate Agents is the best agency I could ask for. It’s been 2 lovely years in my flat with great communication with professionals. Thank you both Holly and Jade who made it easy for me :)

We were delighted with the service we got from Brooks in selling our flat. We had a number of local agents in to give us a quote - James was honest in his approach and appraisal, not giving us falsely inflated expectations just to win our business. They were professional, personable and quick to respond during the whole process - we would strongly recommend them and will use them again in future.

Brooks Estate Agent, the team are one of the best. They have an excellent reputation in the area and offer outstanding service. My main communications has been with Jade Casha, the Lettings manager, an extremely knowledgeable and helpful individual. Highly recommend.

If you will ever see a property for rent at Hambly Mansions in Streatham DO NOT RENT, the building is infested with MICE, old and unmaintained appliances and roof is infested and the boiler is completely outdated and the “works” to fix any issues are carried out by cowboys. Cracks that just get covered with paint and leaks throughout. Please future tenants stay away, they will not resolve any issue and instead just keep giving excuses.If there would be an option for 0* that would be the rating.A bunch of incompetent people, that make their living from harassing tenants and bullying them.Unfortunately, it was not down to me to chose them as our letting agent so we kind of just got stuck with them and day one the service is just rubbish. They do not care for the tenants needs but rather just see their side.I will not recommend even my worst enemy. All involved James, Robert and Natalia are just rude and they will always try to demean you like they are the ones always right.It’s now a month since I left and they are trying to use excuses to keep my deposit.They just care about money and look at people like they are just ££ and not human.In response: how convenient your reply, for some things the previous letting agent is at fault and nothing is of Brooks responsibility.With regards to the new machine you claim you sorted, other potential tenants of yours would appreciate to know the truth. Yes I did have any issue with the washing machine, but in other to get that fixed I had to miss 2 days of work to wait on the handy man and no I did not get a new machine. So don’t provide false information.As per de deposit once again you paint the picture as suits you once again. Don’t put it on the landlord when you are the ones causing all this. Since you took over the management of the property we had nothing but issues from entering the property even though I specifically said I’d always like to be present, from getting involved in past discussions with the previous letting agent. As per the deposit you keep on mentioning rent arrears that doesn’t exist otherwise the previous letting agent would have kept the deposit and not transferred it over if anything was outstanding. The dispute is between Brooks because it’s your company’s name on it, you are the ones wanting to keep that money.So I say it again you have done nothing but harassment throughout.And yes you do get financial gain, don’t try to fool anyone.

Jade Casha was the most helpful, insightful and friendly agent. She made us feel comfortable and well informed about our viewing of a property. Communication was speedy and thorough and she made sure that we had the contact of another agent if she wasn’t available. Highly recommend

Jade, Holly and the team have been invaluable in helping me complete my purchase of and find a tenant for my property in the area. As a first time home owner, there’s a lot of moving parts and I’ve really appreciated their knowledge and patience which has made this process about as smooth as it could be.
