It's been a few weeks since I traded in my old captur for a newer upgrade model and I couldn't be happier! I only went in for a price check and when they gave me the value of my old vehicle it was an easy decision to trade up. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to and made the process simple.

I was having a lot of trouble with my old car and needed a new car pretty quickly. The car I had my heart set on wouldn’t have been available in enough time, so Luke showed me another car which was meant for the showroom, and was able to sell me that car pretty much straight away. I was really pleased with his willingness to help and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I am very grateful for his help. I was also very happy with Hannah’s service on the day I collected my new car. She showed me around the car, showed me all of the functions and went through everything in fine detail. The actual service and booking in process was great and could not have been done any better. However, when arriving for the service there was nowhere to park the car as the forecourt and outside was full of cars. There should be a few booking in bays reserved for service slots. I had to park alongside another car on the side road. It was total madness trying to park.

We have just bought a second hand Dacia Duster from Renault Swansea and are delighted with our purchase. Being happy with the car should enough to give 5 stars but we feel if there was the possibility of giving more than 5 we would have done.So our positive review takes into account far more than the car itself. We have to comment on the Sales Person with dealt with us, a lovely gentleman Steve Thomas. Coincidentally about 20 years ago when Steve worked for Citroen we bought a car and Steve was the sales person so when we saw him we were put at ease straight away. Steve is very knowledgeable, not pushy, very supportive and talked us through the process really clearly.Steve kept us fully informed throughout the process via email and also importantly for us by phone.Craig in the finance department was also so helpful. Unfortunately our credit card had recently been hacked so when this was flagged by the finance company Craig was able to sort the problem out within a couple of hours.At no time during the process of looking and then buying did we get pushed into a sale with the typical car sales conversation of 'There is someone else interested so you need to make a decision before they buy the car'.To end this review, thank you Steve and Craig and all who are a part of Renault Swansea for your patience and support, for your professional and friendly manner.If you are thinking of buying a new or used car from Renault Swansea we surely would recommend them.
