My physio was Liwia and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I was suffering from recurring calf strains and a knee problem and couldn't iron the muscle knots out with my foam rolling and massage gun. Liwia soon sorted the calf knots and gave me an exercise programme to strengthen my calf and knee and now back enjoying my running and ready for day 5 of Marcothon.

Tom has been the best physio I’ve ever seen. I’m fully confident in his expertise and really like the fact that he works with people to continue doing what they enjoy, but works with them to do it safely. My injuries have vastly improved already just after a few sessions. Would highly recommend!

Tom has been an incredible support to our son - Dan. His treatment plans have allowed him to really improve his overall health and well-being, allowing him to participate in the sport he loves. Cannot recommend highly enough, they are also backed up by a fantastic reception team who can’t do enough to make appointments work for you.

Tom is a brilliant physio. Had broken wrist, cut long story short NHS doctor was concerned i would have very limited use of hand if i didnt get urgent physiotherapy. NHS physiotherapy delayed apps so decided to go private. Tom's speedy, thorough and intensive treatment regime (over a few weeks) saved the use of my hand. Tom, I am so grateful to you for saving my hand. Also want to thank Chrissy for organising apps. She is organised and friendly.

Excellent physiotherapy company in Stirling. I was sent there after having a car accident. I can not thank the staff enough for helping me to heal, being considered with how they dealt with my situation and making a difficult situation bearable.Friendly receptionist who is a delight. Tom the physiotherapist really is a skilled professional. Giving me exercise homework and helping me during sessions. I would not of been able to heal without them. Very clean venue. Bathroom to use when there. Sufficient Street parking at a cost. Some items to purchase like insoles etc. I would definitely recommend this company as they offer a wide range of treatments for all physio needs.

Great to have found Tom again, worked on scar tissue in my hip, two visits, good exercises to do and I am perfect again! Will be back after my partial knee replacement!
