I have seen many bad reviews, l guess it’s due to some of the staff. Contrary to the general experience, l had a very kind stuff, the food was good too, perhaps the presentation could be better.

Don’t buy from there. the guy use the same glove to handle money and the till using the same gloves to Make tacos and wrap them and also to handle chips very very unhygienic I was so mad. Told hm about and he was rude.

Never in my life have I seen such bad, rude and low-quality customer service. The young woman who served me seems to hate her job because not only did she talk badly to me and other people she served, but she also practically threw the order at me with contempt. Managers should control the type of people they hire for customer service

Food was really yummy and quick! There is a black young boy who works there who I can tell is working very hard and he was very polite to me.The machines are easy to use but it’s quite small inside of the shop.I would definitely go back the food is fresh and good!

A small restaurant on Clapham high street. First impressions are clean, fresh, friendly, fast food takeaway. Territories, tacos, burritos, nachos, are a welcome change to the fast food line up that are customary to the high street and verry price competitive. I stopped close to closing time, even so my order was still freshly cooked. The staff were friendly polite and efficient. I got impression that the restaurant does a lot of it's late night trade through delivery options.

Ordered from uber. Food came cold. Churros were ok. Chips were ok. Soft taco and beef burrito tasted off . Wish I would’ve just bought the ingredients and cooked at home

The guy just talking rudely, as he has no sense to talk with people, I said customer is waiting for food he said saying you have to wait until my mood is not on to give you the order. The order is ready is his work is just check and give the bag.

Haven't had Taco Bell since I was disappointed in its launch in the UK. They've sorted things out now. Nice easy tasty fast food with veggy/vegan options I'm happy with. Not much room in this small place but pumps out tons of orders for the Deliveroo world.
