A very kind, considerate and empathetic service. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in such an awful situation.

Very poor experience. Has to wait with our deceased cat in a que in the reception. No private space to go and wait, not at all sympathetic to our situation.Tried to get a paw print- covered 3 of his paws and legs in ink.Said our goodbyes to our pet,no where to sit with him by the furnace.Received a call within one hour to say the furnace was not working and we needed to collect him.Dreadful from start to not finish.Took Diego to Tendring pet cremation in Manningtree and it was wonderful.Mark was amazing and looked after Diego with dignity & respect.Cannot recommend Mark enough.Please don’t take your pets to Orwell of you want them looked after with the respect they deserve.

I cannot praise Mrs Pearce and her staff at Orwell Pet Crematorium enough. We called out of the blue and turned up with no appointment for a cremation. All the staff were kind, courteous but most of all respectful and caring. We were let in straight away and less then 2 hours later handed the most beautiful Urn with our beloved pet ferret Nugget. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who’s unfortunate to need such a service.

My cat was hit and killed by a car at around 3pm on a Friday, collected him from the vets and called Orwell Pet Cremation about 5 minutes before the closed. They allowed me to bring my boy down on the Saturday at 9am and I was able to collect his ashes and bring him home by 4pm on the same day. Fas servicet and very friendly staff.
