Dog got hit by a car just as vets were due to close. Said get to them asap and they would check him over. Very satisfied with the service we always get from Craigleith and their kindness when we were worried

Terrible customer service from phone calls to emails they will have an appointment ready for you in 3 weeks that’s only if they don’t give your time slot to someone else and then 5 days later say sorry can we get you in on 3 weeks from date, worst service I’ve received in years from any place for my animals won’t go there

My cat had been going here for 3 years and had been fine but the last 2 times he has went he peed in his carrier which had never happened before. I am worried they have scared him so badly for this to happen. i have moved vet for a more relaxed experience for him.

Vet was lovely, explained everything (and even kept a straight face when I asked stupid questions) and my dog appeared to like them.My dog did not seem to flinch when given the vaccination and left with a waggly tail.Would highly recommend.

Pleasant staff, receptionists were busy but acknowledged myself and my pet, I didn't have to wait to long and the vet listened to my concerns, was patient with my pet as I let her know he could be difficult however he remained calm due to the vets patience with him. I was given options for treatment and my choice was accepted without question. Was very happy with the service.

Not a great service at this practice since I moved from their branch at Davidson Mains. Quite a bizarre policy in place for written prescriptions where the customer isn’t allowed to see it to prevent fraud and therefore it must be emailed directly to the dispensing pharmacy. Unfortunately this means that the customer is unable to compare the prescription to what has been dispensed for accuracy. I don’t think you can have a rule like this when the vets at this branch are prone to making mistakes (which we all do) as the customer must be able to check this - I even had to enquire with RCVS as to whether this was even allowed. It is also increasingly difficult to get an appointment or the basic services for example waiting 4 days after an appointment for a written prescription. Worryingly, there is a high turnover of staff including vets where even the locums are confused by the practice policies including the written prescription issues. Overall poor experience with multiple issues not limited to written prescriptions such as mistakes made when seeking the flee and worming treatment included in their complete care plan. I have now registered my pet elsewhere.

Very poorly organized and they do not even try to hide that they are only after your money. Oh, and make sure you are very punctual, they will attend you minimum 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. Yay

Phoned them up to say we'd be 15 minutes late for appointment. No indication given on that call from them that this would be an issue. Turned up 10 minutes late to original appointment time and told I'd have to reschedule. I'd have preferred better communication from them. Changing vets as a result.Edit after response: That doesn't address the fact I phoned up to let you know in advance and nothing was said. I then wasted my time travelling in. My review stands.

Dreadful customer service. The staff are unhelpful. All they are interested in is making money. They most certainly do not put your pet first.
