Have had Reiki a few times and have recommended to my partner too. I don’t know how it works but it does work to relax you and also you can feel the energy moving to injured parts of your body! Tina is a very kind and knowledgeable practitioner and works from a very quiet and peaceful location, which adds to the feeling of relaxation and healing.
