I have had the most stress free experience with this company, profession service from booking to collection of my barrels.Had notification of time of arrival to collect barrels which is really handy . payment was swift and receipt received there and then with photo of barrels and lock number shown..will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family .

I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Mountain Shipping. The service was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time shipping a barrel so I was a little nervous and had lots of questions. Omar was always quick to reply to my questions and put my mind at ease. The barrel was dropped off and collected as requested and it even arrived in Barbados a week earlier than expected! The staff are all polite and helpful. I shipped a barrel from England to Barbados and can highly recommend Blue Mountain Shipping.

I have given 1 star because they picked up my belongings when they said they would. However I requested that my dad’s headstone and other belongings be shipped to St Vincent on 20 November only to find out (after several weeks of chasing) that they were shipped on 4 December despite me asking them not to ship it as I would no longer be in St Vincent in time to clear it. The goods arrived days before I was due to fly back to the U.K. but the local agent/port authority did not open the container until I returned to the U.K. I now have to book a return flight to rectify this mess and collect my dad’s headstone and other belongings. The owner of Blue Mountain Shipping, Omar, was of no help whatsoever and did not tell me what was actually happening and neither did he return any of my calls.I would never use this company again and in future would book with a company that ships directly, and not the middleman.Happy New Year Blue Mountain Shipping!

Excellent customer service and great communication throughout! We used Blue Mountain Shipping to send a container door to door to Jamaica and was very pleased with the smooth process. We have also sent barrels and again our needs were met. Omar is extremely professional, punctual and reliable! We highly recommend this company and we will definitely use again! I have used Blue Mountain 3 times. The first 2 went without incident, the items collected, shipped and received in Grenada in good time. This 3rd time has been a frustrating disaster. The items were collected at the end of March for shipment to Grenada. I was initially told that it was due to go in the next shipment and it should arrive in around 2 weeks. I checked the status mid April and was told there was an issue at the port so it has had not been shipped yet. I status checked again at the end of April to be told they did not know where my cargo was! I was told they were checking with the Grenada port and would let me know. Early May, I checked again, this time I was given the name and number of the Grenada port/agent and asked to call and check with them. Which I did. They had not received anything. Up until writing this review I have have sent several messaged to Blue Mountain asking for updates - the majority have been ignored. It is now almost August and I still have no idea where the cargo is. I am appalled by the lack of customer service I have received this time around. I have paid for a service and received none whatsoever. No one reads or replies to your messages or calls, I want to know where my cargo is and no one is giving me a straight answer or even provide me with the bill of shipping when I requested it. I have reluctantly given 1 star because it would not let me post without a rating.Update 2 October 2023We are now in October and I still do not know whether my shipment has left the UK or arrived at its or any destination. Despite the promise of an investigation and an update in response to my original review, above, I have heard NOTHING from Blue Mountain. I have emailed requesting the return of my shipping fee and compensation for the value of the items in the bag, still I have heard NOTHING. Someone, somewhere must know what has happened to my property, so why am I being treated so badly? WHAT IS GOING ON??? To recap, my bag was collected on a Sunday in March, by the 'Stepfather' of the person (Nico) I had dealt with previously. This person, I was told was away on his honeymoon. The bag was not shrink wrapped and labelled in my presence as previously done when I raised concern about this I was told to ring the office the next morning and speak to 'the girl' who would confirm date of shipping. I did this, she told me the shippining date, said my bag was in the warehouse ready to go and she would send me a picture of it wrapped and ready to go. She never did. To this day I have no idea where my cargo is, i have asked for the bill of shipping - all now Im still waiting. NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY CARES!! I know you are are probably hoping I one day forget about this and will go away, BUT I WILL NOT UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK AND SOME ANSWERS and I will continue to message, email and update this review until I do.

I would most definitely recommend this service. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. Efficient and easy to work with. Quick and simple form to fill in and then leave the rest to them. If you want peace of mind speak to Blue mountain shipping. I was a bit reluctant at first because it was my first time using them ,but they delivered and went beyond my expectations.Live updates available when they are in route to pick up your parcel or barrel. Customer reassured all the way.The goods got there at the estimated arrival time. I’m very happy with the service.

This is my second time ordering empty barrels from Blue Mountain Shipping. I am proud to say, the barrels I received were clean and in good condition. My only problem was that I had filled out the order request form on their page but never received a response. I therefore made contact directly to the company and my query was sorted. They have good customer service other than that issue. I'd definitely recommend them and I will continue to use them as well.
