Royal Arsenal Osteopathic Practice

I was diagnosed with sciatica caused by prolapsed disc. I had to take 8 strong painkillers a day just be able to stand up and take a few steps. ( just to go to the bathroom) The spine surgeon recommended an injection into my spine. Thanks to Teri I was able to avoid such an invasive , expensive and risky procedure. After several weeks of sessions with Teri I am completely pain free , and no longer take any painkillers. I can’t recommend Teri highly enough. Not only a great therapist but she was also extremely supportive in such a challenging time for me. The spine surgeon could not believe that I recovered so quickly without his injection. Thank you Teri!

Made an appt to see Teri due to back and neck pain. Was absolutely amazed with the treatment and advise i received. Teri is very welcoming, friendly and professional, felt so much better even after just 1 appt and looking forward to my next appt. I honestly had the best sleep I've had in years after my appt, my posture is so much better !!! only wished i had seen her sooner. Would most definitely recommend. 10/10

Michelle was really professional and extremely knowledgeable about her practice. I had damaged my lower spine and strained the cartilage. I went to Michelle with very bad restricted mobility and pain in most movements. Within 2 and a half weeks she preformed her magic and definitely rapidly speeded up the healing process . Could not recommend her more as she is very good and helped me heal very quickly
