I gave 1 star only because 0 isn't available. Terrible experience at Carpetright. in the shop a woman who I will be kind enough not to mention her name gave us wrong advice and caused no end of stress. problems and inconvenience. The man at he next desk advised us correctly and she spoke over him giving us the wrong advice. I will never use this company again. Even the fitter that came certainly wasn't the best. Poor poor service,

We purchased a carpet from Carpetright at St Andrew’s Quay at Hull. Our experience was excellent from the start. Adrian and John were extremely helpful and there was no pressure to buy. We now can't wait for the carpet to be delivered and fitted

We have used carpetright several times over the years to purchase carpets they have always made an excellent job so we returned to purchase a vinyl flooring for our kitchen , We had good service in the shop and they arranged initially for our floor to be screeded and then the vinyl was laid on another day after it had dried . Sadly the flooring bubbled in a spot and needed resealing. The response was excellent and fitters were sent promptly to sort the problem . The fitter did his best to seal it down but it was in an awkward place and he accidently cut a piece of the vinyl as he tried to reseal it. We went into the store to show pictures to the assistant who passed them on to the store manager . We received a phone call on his arrival the following day and he promised to replace it without question . He placed an order for a new one and arranged the refitting . This has just been completed to the highest of standards by the same friendly team of fitters and we couldn't be happier. In this day and age it easy to moan and complain so it is my pleasure to give a 5 star review, i would give 6 if i could. Congratulations to the whole team. It is lovely when an order is completed first time without fault. but i judge a company on how it treats customers in adversary it makes me want to go back in the future, and i will .thankyou

Vicky was amazing when helping us select the right carpet. Really understanding of what we wanted and knowledgeable on the many products. Made it easy for us to get what we wanted.

Charles provided great customer service and is very knowledgeable of the products available at Carpetright. Will definitely be using Carpetright to do the floor coverings throughout the whole property. Would highly recommend.

Adrian was fantastic he's a credit to your company, he was so helpful. We have been looking at carpets all day and felt pressure and watched in Wilsons carpets so we walked out. Adrian gave us time and knew when to walk away so I could speak to my wife in private about our budget. He found just what we wanted at the price we could afford. Because of Adrian if ever we need a carpet again we will be coming to your store. Thanks Adrian.
