Past two Christmas meals here both good quality. No offer of a single free drink tho which could have softened us up a little. And they get a little stressed if people forget What they have ordered months ago.

Amazing food and good atmosphere, but the attentiveness of the staff was really poor for a fairly quiet Saturday evening.

Came here last night, and the whole evening from start to finish was a disaster! The staff were completely lacking in skill and inattentive. One of the members of our party had a whole tray of drinks spilled over her by a member of staff who could be no older than 14. No apology, no solutions, they took our wine drenched food away to be kept warm" not replaced whilst they cleaned up. They also told us it wasn't a big deal and that everything was fine

I don't mind paying for good food but this was average to poor, you'd get better at one of those chain pubs. In recent months I've noticed a real slip in food quality and service at these elysium" group restaurants
