I rented a room with them and I had a wonderful experience. Tess was very quick and responsive. She was also very clear, transparent and accommodating. I strongly recommend them. If I would rent again, I would do it with them.

Tess of 'Lets Rent Lincoln' made our tenancy as stress-free as possible. Any issues were dealt with promptly and honestly. For example, when we had a pipe split in the kitchen late at night, maintenance came quickly to fix it and we were not made to pay for this since it wasn't our fault. My tenancy with 'Lets Rent Lincoln' was much easier and better than that with 'Student Housing Lincoln'.

Known tess for just short of three years, and they have been some of the best three years possible. Her properties and lovely and comfortable and she is amazing. Everything is done in such a timely manner and she is always prompt to reply. She made university such a good time as we always knew that we were coming back to a home not just a house

Rented from them for two years of my time at Uni. Experience was great, and house was in good condition. The agent is always helpful. Once emailed her at 6:20PM on a Saturday due to a boiler malfunction, and within half an hour, she had sent someone round to fix it and get it back on.
