First class service from Snag Right. So glad we decided to get them in to do a snagging survey! Amongst other things, they found a major leak under our bath. Goodness knows what damage would have been done if we didn’t know about the leak. 112 snags found. Well worth the money!

We used this company for snagging our new build house. We originally booked back in August and had to push our appointment back multiple times due to delays in the house being ready, the team were always helpful and friendly about this inconvenience.When we finally got the keys we had Billy around to do the survey, he explained everything really thoroughly and we were highly impressed with the service. We had some real issues when we moved into our new house in Edinburgh. I won’t mention the house builder but it wasn’t a great experience! Snag Right were recommended to me by a colleague and we are so so please we went ahead and booked a survey with them. Very professional and knowledgable. Answered all our questions and spent around 5 hours in our house checking everything! The report was emailed to us the following day and although very detailed, it was also easy for us to understand with supporting photographs. They found over 100 defects, most of which we would never have known about if we hadn’t got a professional in. House builder is now working through the list. If you’re buying a new build, don’t hesitate in getting this company in to do a snagging survey! Fantastic
