From the initial web contact to the job itself, Dan couldn't have been more helpful and professional. After sending a request through the website late evening, Dan immediately responded offering help over the phone and suggested a plan to clear our blockage. He arrived bang on time and after a quick inspection got to work and cleared the blockage, even going so far as to drag out an old set of drain rods which it turns out had had been stuck in there I'm sure many other companies would have made a fuss about it, Dan just found a way of getting them out. Really impressed with Dan and his service (and his prices), I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed

I found Daniel on a Google search. I called him twice and he gave me lots of advice before coming out as he didn't want me to waste any money if the problem wasn't able to be fixed.After some exploring on my part we asked Daniel to come out and he did next day and spent longer than an hour helping us discover our problem, over and above what was expected.Al fixed and now a fresh smelling bathroom...We would 100% recommend Border Drain Services

Phoned Dan after discovering a blocked drain with substantial 'overflow' from a manhole under a section of decking. He responded immediately (we were fortunate as he was heading back from another job), arrived within 20 minutes and sorted out the issue with no fuss and at a very reasonable rate. What can I say, absolutely superb service...I'd give 6 stars if I could.
