Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant. Firstly they gave us the wrong item and tried to say it was our fault for not writing in the comments what sauce we wanted even though we had selected it from and drop down menu and there was no indication to write it in the comments. They refused to change it so that part was inedible as no one ate the sauce they provided. We shared the other food we had as best we could but when we sat down to eat it the food was awful. What I imagine food that's been sat out a few days tastes like. Really funny taste...like off food. Everyone agreed and so the entire thing was inedible. They refused a refund but said if we wanted to reorder we wouldn't be charged...I wouldn't want this food for free!! Never ever again!!

Meal prices going up and up! But reduction of amount of meats etc in portions!! Appreciate current conditions! Yes increase prices! But do not start to half the amount you get!!Been going for years!! Will not be back

Ordered a beef curry. The Beef itself was vile, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it was that disgusting. I did stay away for a few months as the Chinese was very spicy but thought I'd give them another go tonight and wish I didn't bother.If you're buying the beef, I would Highly Highly recommend not too. The curry and rice was ok but won't be coming back

Tried to order over the phone, despite multiple attempts the lady on the phone kept putting me down to take another order. i walked over the road to place the order myself in person and in the middle of my order the phone rang, she swiftly ignored me and started taking the other customers order. incredibly average food and would only order as it was convenient. now wont even do that as the staff will readily ignore you

Food is usually of a high standard and good portion sizes, good value. Sometimes they are a bit unreliable with timings. I've only ever collected, not had delivery. I keep going back so that's the main thing.

Apart from food being delicious I must give a mention to the girl at counter, what a lovely caring person she is, asked after poorly family member who she has never met and asking how we are coping etc, I hope her parents are so proud of her.

this is my favourite chinese takeaway, it’s so delicious and also great value - we usually get the salt and pepper box for 12.50 and another side of chicken and the portion sizing great. never had any problems and the flavour is great!!!!

Had a delivery it came on time. The delivery driver was okay. When I opened the bag the soup was all over. I tried to salvage the rest of the order. I ordered house chopsuey and fried rice and mushrooms and onions . The onions and mushrooms were boiled or microwaved no gravy or flavour. The house special chopsuey tasted like it was again microwaved no flavour but a lot of water . I was up all night with the shitts and A bag stomach including vomiting. I will never order from here again. I will be going to the health department with this
